  Mass Communication: Courses,         institutes, scope and job roles



Mass Communication is applied to disseminate a message to a large group of people through the media. This discipline covers a lot of communication channels like Journalism, Advertising and Media Studies. A career in this field would enable you to work in different sectors using a range of communication mediums.

Studying Mass Communication

  • You need to complete your Class XII board exams with 50% aggregate in any stream.
  • After passing your board exams, you can pursue graduation in Mass Communication.
  • You can also choose to pursue an undergraduate degree in any other subject like English, Journalism, Economics, Political Science or even Engineering from a recognised university with 60% aggregate.
